A WORCESTER man has been charged with five offences including theft and assaulting a police officer.
He was arrested yesterday, August, 18, following an incident in the city on August, 17.
Gerson Ceita, 25, of Lowesmoor Terrace, Worcester was charged with theft from a shop, common assault of an emergency worker, possession a controlled class B drug – cannabis, obstruct/resist a constable in the execution of duty and going equipped for theft.
Ceita was bailed to appear before Worcester Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday August, 27.
