Worcester man arrested on suspicion of supplying heroin

A MAN from Worcester was among three arrested in the city after approximately £12,000 worth of heroin was recovered.

South Worcestershire Police’s Priority CID team arrested the three males, two of which were from Birmingham, from a vehicle in the Bath Road area of Worcester for suspicion of supplying class A drugs yesterday (Monday).

The driver of the vehicle has been bailed for further inquiries and the other two remain in custody, with the charging decision yet to be made.

Inquiries will continue to link other persons involved in this supply line of drugs into Worcester.
