THE EVER popular Searchers Christmas Special is set to raise a bucket load for charity next week.
Legends from the era that transformed entertainment history forever, The Searchers have headlined the John Banner Charitable Promotions show for the last seven years to packed audiences at Huntingdon Hall.
Hosted by JB himself, this highly entertaining evening on Friday (December 19) at 8pm includes all of the hits including Needles and Pins, Sweets for my Sweet and When you Walk in the Room, combined with anecdotes and reminiscences, plus various album tracks, B-sides and other well-known favourites.
Residents are urged to come along to join John McNally, Frank Allen, Spencer James and Scott Ottoway for a night to remember and don’t forget to bring along any flashing light bobble hats, wands or anything suitable to wave and get into the festive spirit.
The Observer has teamed up with JBCP to offer one lucky reader the chance to win a pair of tickets.
