TWO men have been charged with conspiracy to supply heroin and crack cocaine after a drugs supply operation was carried out in Barbourne.
The large amount of Class A drugs worth approximately £2,000 was recovered by CID officers during the operation yesterday (Tuesday).
South Worcestershire Command, part of West Mercia Police, said on twitter: “Priority CID have undertaken a drugs supply operation in the Barbourne area of Worcester. One male detained and large amount of Class A drugs found.
“A search of an address nearby recovered a large amount of heroin and crack cocaine. A female and male from that offence were arrested.
“All three will be dealt with by priority CID through the day.
“Approximately £2,000 worth of Class A drugs have been recovered from the Barbourne drugs operation.”
The woman has been bailed by police and both men were remanded in custody to appear at Worcester Magistrates Court today (Wednesday).
