THIRTEEN patients who have tested positive for Covid-19 in Worcestershire have died (as of March 30).
The patients were aged between 61 and 93 and all had underlying health conditions.
Matthew Hopkins, chief executive of Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, said: “Our thoughts and condolences are with the families and friends of those patients at this very difficult and distressing time.”
The Trust covers the Alexandra Hospital, Worcestershire Royal Hospital, Kidderminster Hospital and Evesham Community Hospital.
Currently, 146 people in the county have tested positive for the disease
