TESCO has recalled its Tesco’s finest chocolate cake because it may contain nuts not declared on the label.
Due to a manufacturing error, some of the boxes of chocolate cake have been incorrectly packaged with carrot cake.
This means that they contain walnuts which are not noted on the label and the product may pose a health risk for anyone with a nut allergy.
If you have purchased the product below and have an allergy to nuts, return it to any Tesco store for a full refund – no receipt is required.
The product affected is Tesco’s finest chocolate cake, with best before date 17 January 2018, batch code D32/18003
