Teens put lit firework in wheelie bin in Warndon

Worcester Editorial 21st Oct, 2016   0

THREE teenagers placed a lit firework in a green wheelie bin in Warndon.

At about 8pm on Tuesday, October 18, the unknown males aged 16 to 17 years old threw the firework into the bin outside a house on Patterdale Drive.

The firework had gone off inside the bin causing the plastic to be damaged in a ‘blown out motion’ but no fire took hold.

The three teenagers, all wearing black gloves, one with a grey hoodie and two with black hoodies, ran off in unknown direction from Tolladine Road.

Anyone with information should call the non-emergency police number on 101 quoting reference number 0694S 181016.
