WORCESTER residents are being invited to research their family history with the Worcestershire Archive and Archaeology Service (WAAS).
Two WAAS workshops will take place at The Hive on Wednesday, February 8 and Wednesday, February 19, which will teach residents how to get started, what sources to use and where to look to explore their families’ past.
Paul Hudson, WAAS Outreach manager, said: “Family history is fascinating, but often people don’t know where to start.
“These workshops will help explain what to do and how to get started here in The Hive, where we have the expertise and resources to help.”
The sessions will run from 2pm to 4.30pm.
Visit www.thehiveworcester.org/explore-the-past-events to book a place, which costs £15.
