A CLAMPDOWN on speeding on the M5 south of Worcester saw 15 drivers reported for clocking between 90 and 108 miles per hour in just 90 minutes.
As part of the National Police Chiefs Council speed enforcement campaign, officers from West Mercia’s Operations Patrol Unit were out on patrol yesterday (Sunday) to catch those smashing the speed limit between junctions seven an eight.
The driver caught at 108 miles per hour had already clocked up 11 points for speeding, according to police chiefs.
