A PAIR of promotions have been made at a leading property consultancy’s Worcester office.
Fisher German has promoted Samantha Wellings, who works with in the firm’s Infrastructure Services team with a number of utility clients, to senior associate.
And Ellie Savage, who has worked with Fisher German since joining as a graduate in 2018, has also been promoted to senior surveyor.
Samantha, who moved to Fisher German’s Worcester office as part of the Infrastructure Services team in 2015, was promoted following successful work with a range of utility clients.
She said: “It’s a wonderful feeling to have progressed even further within Fisher German – they have always been big supporters of my career ever since I joined the firm in 2012.
“My secondments with both National Grid and Wales & West Utilities really enhanced my understanding of the sector and informs my work with my clients now.
Ellie, who worked with Fisher German in 2016 as a placement student, has been involved in the management of rural estates in the West Midlands and is now looking to help clients complete diversification projects to help bolster their income.
Within Fisher German she is now looking to provide a more in-depth diversification service to clients, and to enhance the training it gives to new graduates.
Ellie said: “While estate management in Herefordshire and beyond has been my bread and butter, what I love doing is advising clients on ways to enhance what they already have through diversification projects.
“It’s a really exciting time in my career at Fisher German and I’m looking forward to helping the firm grow over the next few years.”
Fisher German, headquartered in Ashby-de-la-Zouch in Leicestershire, has announced 26 new promotions plus 14 new partners across all divisions of the business.
