ROAD transport is in place at all railway stations between Hereford and Worcester Shrub Hill.

West Midlands Railway chiefs confirmed there was also rail replacement buses operating between Worcester Shrub Hill and Kidderminster/Bromsgrove via Droitwich Spa.

Train services running through these stations may be cancelled or delayed by up to 30 minutes.

Commuters have been told tickets are being accepted by Arriva Trains Wales in both directions between Hereford and Shrewsbury while Great Western Railway are accepting tickets between Hereford and Worcester Shrub Hill.

Disruption is expected to last until 2pm.
