THE WANTED Worcester man who had breached the conditions of his licence has been arrested and is heading back to jail.
Police launched an appeal to find convicted burglar Anthony Russell Hannay yesterday and it was thought the 33-year-old could be in Malvern or Hereford.
Officers have thanked everyone who shared the appeal.
