DEPARTING pupils left their mark at a city school as their end of year play was hailed as a roaring success.
Parents packed into Red Hill CE Primary School last Friday (July 11) to watch Year Six pupils’ production of the Lion King.
It was one of three showings which took place last week as youngsters, who produced the play as part of their Africa topic, aimed to finished life at Red Hill on a high.
As well as acting, dancing and singing, some pupils also took on the challenging roles of sound and vision technicians, while the props, costumes and scenery were even made by the children.
