GET your pint glasses and pencils at the ready as the hit ‘Thinking Drinkers Pub Quiz’ will be coming to Huntingdon Hall on September 10.
The Thinking Drinkers are regarded as pioneers of alcohol-based comedy, and their new show is an interactive experience that gives every audience member five free drinks each.
The experience shakes up the British pub quiz and is hosted by award-winning alcohol experts, comedians and drinks historians Tom Sandham and Ben McFarland, whose latest book was named Drinks Book of the Year 2021 by The Sunday Times.
The audience will go head-to-head in the quiz while Ben and Tom hilariously explain how alcohol influences every aspect of humanity.
Ben McFarland said: “The pub quiz is an iconic intellectual, elbow-bending institution but we’ve taken it to a higher level.
“Even if you don’t like pub quizzes, and even if you’re a bit thick, you’ll have a great time with some dazzling drinks and may even win some prizes.”
The quiz gets underway at 7.30pm and will cost people £17.50 each.
