A SUPERCAR has been taken off the road after a McLaren was spotted in Worcester without a front number plate.
Eagle-eyed officers from West Mercia Police’s Operations Patrol Unit spotted the ‘nice-looking’ McLaren in the city.
After being stopped, an inspection of the car revealed two illegal rear tyres in addition to the missing number plate.
A force spokesperson said: “The driver was reported and the vehicle prohibited due to the defects.”
In order to get back on the road, the owner must comply with details of the notice issued by police.
