A NEW cake shop and cafe has opened its doors to customers on Astwood Road.
Mayor of Worcester, Coun Roger Knight, officially opened Couture Crumbs last Saturday (October 3).
Couture Crumbs is the brainchild of 23-year-old Worcester resident Nazish Saleem.
“I used to cook as a hobby at home, and as I received very positive feedback about the quality of my food, I have decided to take the plunge and set up my own baking business,” said Nazish.
“This is a lovely family business that deserves to succeed, and I hope that it flourishes,” said Coun Knight.
“I can confirm the products are very tasty indeed, as their customers will soon find out,” he added.
The shop and café, which are located at 46 Astwood Road, Worcester sells traditional cakes, waffles, pancakes, cheesecakes and beverages.
