A CHILLED Night Out is on offer at Bishop Perowne CE College when local musicians Jamie Knight and John Hodgett will be joined by students for an outdoor evening of good music and food.

Taking place between 7pm and 9.30pm on Tuesday (July 2), this is the first of a series of events where Bishop Perowne’s performing arts students will work together with Worcester musicians and artists.

Headteacher Mark Pollard said: “We look forward to welcoming the local community to our school for our first ‘A Chilled Night Out’ evening.

“It will give everyone the chance to have a relaxing evening with local musicians and watch the talented students we have at the school. The evenings give our students the chance to perform in front of a live audience, as well as to gain invaluable experience from working with professional musicians and artists.”

Tickets for A Chilled Night Out cost £7.50, which includes food and a soft drink. Vegetarian and gluten free options and a bar will be available.

The money raised from the evening will go towards future events and tickets can be purchased at the school’s finance office.
