Man left with facial injuries after attack in Worcester

A MAN in his thirties has been left with facial injuries after he was attacked by three men in Worcester.

The incident took place on Mill Street at about 3pm on Wednesday, March 30 when the victim was walking with his girlfriend.

Whilst walking past The King’s School from the direction of Diglis House Hotel the victim heard the sound of running footsteps and turned around.

He was then assaulted by three men before they left the scene in the direction of Diglis House Hotel, leaving the victim with facial injuries that require ongoing hospital treatment.




One of the offenders is described as white, approximately 18-years-old with brown hair, blue eyes and a chin strap beard. He is approximately five ft nine ins tall, of medium build and was wearing black clothing with a dark blue hooded top.

The second offender is described as Asian, approximately 17-years-old, five ft five ins to five ft six ins tall, with short brown hair. He is of muscular build and was wearing a black baseball cap with white and black clothing.


And the third offender is described as white, approximately 16-years-old, six ft tall, with short blonde hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a black baseball cap, white tracksuit bottoms and a dark top.

West Mercia Police are now urging anyone who witnessed the assault or may have seen the individuals described above at the time to contact them on 101, quoting incident number 387 of 30 March.
