A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of affray after officers were called to a property in St John’s in the early hours.
Police were called at 4.45am on Thursday (November 3) after a report concerned for the safety of a man at a property was received.
Armed police were seen on the streets, but no injuries were reported.
After the 26-year-old was arrested the road reopened at about 6am.
