MOTORISTS have been warned the M5 through Worcester will be closed once again tonight (Thursday) for carriageway improvement works.
National Highways have confirmed the motorway will be closed in both directions from junction five (Droitwich) to eight (Strensham) from 8pm to 6am tomorrow (Friday).
The closure will affect the carriageway and all slip roads of the affected junctions.
A National Highways spokesperson said: “M5 from junction 5 to junction 8 northbound and southbound lane closures, slip road closures and carriageway closures for carriageway improvement scheme works.”
