A LORRY container was completely destroyed following a fire in Claines yesterday evening.
A crew from Droitwich and two Worcester were called to the blaze in Dilmore Lane at 4.50pm.
When firefighters arrived the storage unit was well alight.
Water jets – two hoses and a main jet – were used to extinguish the blaze and thermal imaging cameras were used after to ensure it would not reignite.
Fortunately there were no casualties or injuries.
