More than 35 universities attended the EXPO, including leading institutions such as University College London, Imperial College London, the University of Bath, Lancaster University, the University of Exeter, the University of Birmingham and Loughborough University, alongside organisations representing over 50 professional sectors.

Careers ranging from healthcare, law and engineering to finance, architecture, surveying, environmental industries and the creative sector were represented,

Head of careers at RGS Worcester Audrey Williams, who organised the event, said: “This year we welcomed representatives from a wide range of universities across the UK, advising students on Higher Education options, applying to competitive courses and studying in Scotland. Many delegates were also able to offer guidance on Degree Apprenticeships and application routes, while students showed strong interest in exploring work experience opportunities and future career pathways.

“As a major event of its kind in the area, the reputation of the RGS Careers EXPO continues to attract exhibitors from across the country, and opportunities like this allow students to ask questions, broaden their horizons and approach future decisions with confidence.”
