ONE of Worcestershire’s leading contentious probate law experts has been appointed as the new president of the Worcestershire Law Society.
Andrew Chandler, partner at law firm MFG Solicitors, has taken over the position from QS Parkinson Wright’s Charlotte Perry and has set out his vision for the year ahead.
Mr Chandler has pledged to support the county’s lawyers, promote the profession and raise thousands of pounds for his chosen charity, Midlands Air Ambulance.
He said: “The Worcestershire Law Society is one of the oldest of its kind in the UK so to become the new president is a tremendous privilege and honour.
The Worcestershire Law Society was formed in 1841 by a group of 12 solicitors.
