FIRE crews in Worcestershire faced a busy night and morning as they were called to two separate house fires.
At 9.47pm last night (December 1), a house fire was put out using three hose reels at Henwick Avenue, St John’s, Worcester following a call. Fire engines from both Worcester and Droitwich attended.
Crews from Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service also had to attend smoke in a house in Kington at 5.34am this morning. The fire was caused by a tea light on a night storage heater, the property had to be ventilated.
