Hoping to brew up late night custom

Worcester Editorial 20th Dec, 2021   0

A POPULAR Worcester café hopes to build on the success of the Victorian Christmas Fayre with late night hours to tempt thirsty customers.

As the rush for that perfect gift gathers pace, House of Coffee will be staying open to welcome late night shoppers for a glass of mulled wine or just a warming drink.

The iconic Fayre brought the sights, smells and sounds of Christmas to Worcester, with 200 stalls and entertainment including a fun fair to enjoy.

Owner and chef Tom Gaunt said: “We love it when the Fayre comes to town and are delighted that the market will stay in place for the whole of the festive season this year.

“We’re open late on Thursdays to coincide with late night shopping and we hope shoppers will pop in to House of Coffee for a warm welcome and a spot of Christmas cheer.”
