Fourth birthday for media training club

Worcester Editorial 23rd Oct, 2017   0

A THRIVING media training club founded by Worcester-based communications consultancy Chris Green Media has celebrated its fourth anniversary.

The CGM Business Media Club, which meets on the fourth Friday of every month, combines media training, communications and marketing training, personal development and quality networking. Each meeting explores a different topic and skill to inspire businesses to communicate better. Shaping your 2018 communications plan was the theme of the anniversary meeting at Worcestershire County Cricket Club on September 29.

CGM managing partner and meeting host Chris Green said: “We were delighted to welcome members and visitors to recall success stories and would like to thank our contributors who have helped to make the club so innovative.

“Our motto has always been ‘all egos are left at the door’. The club thrives on interaction and enables people from a wide range of businesses and organisations to have their say.”

Media relations partner Teresa Green added: “Members often say that the club has completely changed their approach to marketing and we hope that will continue for many more years to come.” The next meeting of the Worcester Business Media Club will take place on Friday, October 27 on the theme of character marketing and will focus on blog writing skills.
