Fore! Mr Mulligans on the tee for Worcester

Worcester Editorial 2nd Feb, 2022   0

WORCESTER’s former DW Sports store looks set to become the latest site of Mr Mulligan’s, a popular indoor mini golf venue with fun for all the family.

If given the green light, the city will become the 13th site in the UK for the rapidly growing entertainment venue which offers interactive mini golf, live and recorded music, entertainment on the big screens as well as food and drink.

Mr Mulligans already has 12 locations across the country, including branches in Cheltenham and Birmingham.

As well as entertainment for all ages, it offers vast range of food and drink with a fully licensed bar.

The venue has proven a hit across the country from family entertainment and children’s birthday parties to work outings.

It’s proposed the venue will be open from 9.30am to 2am seven days a week with alcohol served between 10am and 2am.

Applicants and owners Adventure Leisure have also sought permission for live and recorded music, films and live entertainment between 10am and 2am each day.

The site has been vacant since the collapse of DW Sports in August 2020 which saw its Cathedral Square store become one of the final 50 shops to close.
