Flex 3D Printing sets the pace for Worcestershire's engineering economy

A WORCESTER based 3D printing business has reached new heights, thanks to Worcestershire County Council’s business coaching programme.

With guidance from an experienced business mentor, James and his team were able to streamline operations, invest in custom software, and bring on new talent.

Flex 3D Printing Ltd, based in Hallow began as a hobby for founder James Birkett, but quickly turned into a  a full-fledged business.

When his business took off, he sought the support of Enterprising Worcestershire, Worcestershire County Council’s business coaching programme, delivered by Real World Consultancy.

With guidance from an experienced business mentor, James and his team were able to streamline operations, invest in custom software, and bring on new talent.

James said: “Having the guidance from Enterprising Worcestershire helped us to step back and look at the bigger picture.




“It wasn’t just about managing day-to-day tasks but building a framework for long-term success. Now, we’re able to take on more projects and expand our capabilities, particularly in industrial-grade 3D printing.”
