Six arrested for alleged child sex exploitation and drug trafficking in Worcester

SIX men were arrested in Worcester last Thursday (8 February) in connection with an investigation into reported child sex exploitation and drugs trafficking offences.

Warrants were executed at seven residential properties and three business premises in the south east of the city in relation to the investigation under the Misuse of Drugs Act and the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984.

A 19-year-old man from Worcester who was arrested on suspicion of possession of drugs with intent to supply has been released under investigation.

A 20-year-old man, a 23-year-old man, a 24-year-old man and two 25-year-old men, all from Worcester, who were also arrested have now been released on bail with conditions.
