THE FINAL countdown to register competition entries for this year’s Worcester Show is under way.
The event is set to offer a vibrant mix of fun, creativity, and community spirit at Pitchcroft on August 10, from 10am to 5pm.
With 170 competition classes on offer, there is something for everyone – whether a seasoned grower, baker, writer, or photographer, or just beginning to explore a new hobby.
Young creatives aged 12-17 are encouraged to enter the Youth Skills and Creativity category.
There are a wide variety of options, including photography, cartoon strip creation, and short story writing.
For the youngest participants, aged four to seven, the Fun and Creativity category offers simple, imaginative challenges – such as making a flower or jewellery piece from paper or card.
The Competition Marquee will showcase all the entries and serve as the judging venue on August 9.
