ALL SORTS of fun will be on offer as a Worcester performing arts group join the rest of the country in opening their doors once again after the Covid lockdown.
All Sorts of Performing Arts re-opened at their Medway Centre studio at the end of April with a range of more than 20 classes each week, all adhering to the current Covid guidelines.
The classes for students aged three to 14 include musical theatre, All Sorts of dance from street and cheer to ballet and ballroom, drama, pop choir and mini All Sorts. There is also adult dance fitness.
With the proposed roadmap relaxation of restrictions now looking likely, staff are now looking to the future, with possible summer holiday workshops from July 26 to August 23 which can be booked on either a daily or weekly basis.
Auditions are also being held for two possible live productions in October for children aged seven and above and in November for those aged between four and eight years old.
Stuart Inglis, principal of All Sorts, said: “During the lockdown we kept in contact with our students through zoom and when it became possible we held restricted classes in our studio.
“Now, whilst we don’t expect it will be quite the same as before, we can look forward to live performances with an audience – nothing can compare to the thrill and excitement of a live production.”
