A SIGNIFICANT quantity of counterfeit and illicit cigarettes have been recovered from premises across Worcester, police have revealed.
Together with county Trading Standards, officers from Worcester’s Safer Neighbourhood Team seized the items after visits to a number of shops in the city.
A police spokesperson said: “They may be cheaper, but you are putting your health at risk buying these.”
