PEOPLE living in Worcester are being urged to check their electoral registration details and make sure they don’t lose the chance to vote.
The city council is writing to households reminding them to keep their details up to date.
In 2025 residents in Worcester will vote for their county councillors.
Shane Flynn, electoral registration officer at Worcester City Council, said: “Keep an eye out for letters from Worcester City Council.
“This annual canvass is our way of making sure that the information on the electoral register for every address is accurate and up to date.
“To make sure you don’t lose your say at next year’s elections, simply follow the instructions sent to you.
“If you’re not currently registered to vote, your name will not appear in the letters we send.”
