A WORCESTER woman has been committed to prison for four months after spitting at emergency workers during an incident in the St Martin’s Quarter.
Donna Barnes, 43, was sentenced after being arrested yesterday (Tuesday) at a supermarket in St Martins Quarter after breaching the terms of Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) and the assault of an emergency worker.
She was charged before a remand court video linked to Kidderminster Magistrates Court where she was committed to prison for 16 weeks and an additional four weeks for breaching the CBO.
