CHANGES to bin collection dates have been announced over the Christmas and New Year period.
Below is the revised timetable:
Normal Collection Date: Tuesday, December 23 (green bin)
Leave Bin Out: Tuesday, December 23
Normal Collection Date: Wednesday, December 24 (green bin)
Leave Bin Out: Wednesday, December 24
Normal Collection Date: Thursday, December 25 (green bin)
Leave Bin Out: Monday, December 29
Normal Collection Date: Friday, December 26 (green bin)
Leave Bin Out: Tuesday, December 30
Normal Collection Date: Tuesday, December 30 (black bin)
Leave Bin Out: Wednesday, December 31
Normal Collection Date: Wednesday, December 31 (black bin)
Leave Bin Out: Friday, December 2
Normal Bin Collection Date: Thursday, January 1 (black bin)
Leave Bin Out: Saturday, January 3
Normal Bin Collection Date: Friday, January 2 (black bin)
Leave Bin Out: Monday, January 5
Normal service resumes on Tuesday, January 6.
Bins should be placed out by 7am on the morning of collection.
Christmas cards and large cardboard boxes can be put in the green bin.
Tin foil and tinsel need to go in the black bin.
Anyone with additional recyclable items which won’t fit in the green bin, can call the Hub on 01905 722233 and request additional clear bags which can be left alongside it.
Worcester City Council does not collect additional bags of non-recyclable waste.
