Chance to volunteer and make a big difference

Worcester Editorial 11th Jan, 2020   0

LOCAL people can get closer to nature and take on the battle of the bulge by volunteering for Worcestershire Wildlife Trust says the charity.

The nature conservation organisation relies on more than 400 volunteers across the county to help with their work and is opening its doors for more to join in north Worcestershire.

“We’ve got several beautiful nature reserves in Worcestershire that all need a helping hand to make them even better for the wildlife that live there,” said volunteer development officer Emma Wurmli.

“Our volunteers are vital to our work and involved in almost everything we do – from helping on nature reserves to inspiring the next generation through events and work with schools.
