BEHIND the Smile will be holding a candle-lit suicide prevention awareness walk in Worcester this Saturday (September 9.)
The walk will take guests around both of Worcester’s walking bridges with various stops along the way to read poetry.
Lanterns will be provided and those who have let organisers know in advance will be able to read their own poetry.
The walk will get under way at 7.15pm at the Sabrina Bridge.
Behind the Smile was set up by the parents of Worcester man Zac, who took his own life aged 29 whilst recovering from a period of mental ill health.
It aims to help people across the city with their mental health and ensure they have access to support services.
