THE CITY’S annual beer festival is expected to pull in another big crowd when it takes over Worcester Racecourse tomorrow (Thursday).
Thousands of beer, cider and perry enthusiasts are set to flock to Pitchcroft for the 15th staging of the event, which will run until Saturday.
Bill Ottaway, of CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale), which runs the event, said they would try to make sure there is enough drink to last the three days as they were forced to close early last year when the beer ran dry.
“We are really looking forward to another excellent festival and from the comments we have been reading on social media there are lot of people really keen to come to the event,” he added.
The festival will take place between 5pm and 11pm tomorrow (£6 admission), while the doors will open at 12pm on both Friday (£8) and Saturday (£5).
