A TEENAGER was assaulted in Comer Road last Tuesday (January 17) opposite the Brewers Arms.
Between 3.30pm and 3.45pm, a man grabbed the 16-year-old by the arm and refused to let him go.
Both the suspect and victim were shouting which alerted members of the public.
Officers investigating the incident are keen to speak to a man who stopped to check the victim was ok after the incident as it’s believed he may have witnessed what happened.
Officers are also keen to speak to anyone else who was in the area at the time who may have seen the incident or captured it on a mobile phone.
