AN APPEAL to find a Warndon man with a distinctive lightning bolt tattoo under his left eye has been made by police.
Jack Rowley, 29, is wanted on recall to prison. It is believed he may be in the West Midlands.
He’s described as white, with short brown hair
Anyone who sees Jack or knows where he may be should not approach him and is asked to call 999 immediately.
