Win passes for NCT relaxation

Worcester Editorial 16th Dec, 2015 Updated: 19th Oct, 2016   0

ARE you pregnant and feeling you’d like to do some gentle exercise designed especially for mums-to-be?

The Worcester Observer has teamed up with NCT, the UK’s largest charity for parents, to give two local ladies the chance to win four free passes each for the local NCT Relax Stretch and Breathe class at the Lyppard Hub, Ankerage Green Warndon Villages from 3.30pm to 5pm, every Friday.

The friendly and informal classes are a unique opportunity to combine gentle yoga-based exercise with meeting up with other mums-to-be, and you don’t need any previous yoga experience.

Local NCT teacher Lynn Ratcliffe said: “These classes help women gain confidence on their pregnancy journey and can also give relief from aches and pains and promote better sleep.

“Women prepare for the physical experience of birth by learning a variety of breathing techniques, relaxation techniques and positions which will help during labour.

“And of course, the classes are fun and many people make new friends,” she added.

If you’d like to be in with a chance to win four visits to NCT’s Relax Stretch and Breathe class and a £50 voucher to spend in the NCT’s online shop to help you prepare for life with your little one, just answer this question correctly:
