Thrills of Nitro Circus on way

AN ADRENALINE-fuelled internationally acclaimed sport circus is heading to Worcester this summer to showcase the thrills of extreme motorsports.

Travis Pastrana’s Nitro Circus will be performed at Worcester Warriors’ Sixways Stadium on Friday, June 3, where fans will get the chance to witness death-defying stunts and amazing tricks.

The cast of daredevils have performed incredible choreographed riding routines in freestyle motocross across the globe, including sell out shows in London, New York and Paris.

The explosive experience requires more than 15 trucks and 50 crew members to transport and set-up, adding to the theatrical spectacular.

The stunt performing athletes will brave the famous 40ft ‘Giganta’ ramp, which will launch a host of ridiculous contraptions like trikes, a penny farthing, a lounge chair and even a bathtub.

Michael Porra, Nitro Circus’ CEO said: “Our insane group of athletes perform stunts you literally cannot see anywhere else on the planet. We’re constantly pushing each other to break records and do things people previously thought was physically impossible.”

Jim O’Toole, Warriors chief executive said: “We’re looking forward to hosting this action-packed show, which will arguably be one of the largest and most awesome public events in recent times for the Worcester area.”

Tickets for the tour went on sale yesterday (Friday)
