Terrifying circus treat set for city

Worcester Editorial 22nd Feb, 2017   0

WORCESTER residents are in for a terrifying treat when a spook-tacular spectacle tours the City to celebrate its 22nd anniversary.

Roll up! roll up! the amazingly spine-chilling Circus of Horrors is coming to town to perform ‘The Never-Ending Nightmare’ at the Swan Theatre on Tuesday (February 28).

Taking to the road with its latest incarnation, the hair-raising circus features an incredible amalgamation of bizarre, brave and beautiful acts all woven into an ‘Alice in Horrorland’ type story.

The frightening show is driven by a mainly original soundscape and performed with a forked tongue firmly in each cheek!

The Circus of Horrors started its gruesome beginnings at the 1995 Glastonbury Festival and became an instant hit, touring all over the world from Chile to Chatham, Argentina to Aberdeen and Japan to Jersey.

Its TV credits boast The X Factor, The Slammer, Daybreak, Fairground Attractions, Who Wants to be a Millionaire?, Body Shockers, Fake Reaction, This Morning, Ant and Dec, The One Show and A Royal Command Performance.

So come along to an evening of mystifying and terrifying excellence. Even Simon Cowell said he loved it!

The event starts at 7.30pm and costs £22 for adults and £20 for concessions.

Call the Theatres’ Box Office on 01905 611427 or visit www.worcesterlive.co.uk for more information.
