WORCESTER residents are being invited to an evening with one of folk music’s greatest ever artists.

Highly renowned folk singer-songwriter Tom Paxton returns to the UK this year with a groundbreaking new tour which will see the acclaimed artist perform at Huntingdon Hall this Saturday (January 14).

Joined by special guests Cathy and Marcy, the American will showcase the best of his successful music career, which has spanned more than 50 years.

Celebrated amongst his peers and audiences alike, he is one of the most highly regarded, loved, and best known folk singer/songwriters of his generation.




Tom portrays his timeless classics such as ‘The Last Thing On My Mind’, ‘Bottle Of Wine’ and ‘Ramblin’ Boy’ with a true desire for justice to bring people together.

The five decades have seen the recording of many enduring songs and thousands of live performances around the world, as well as a ‘Lifetime Achievement Grammy Award’ in 2009.
