Owner Akbar Miah, known as Aki, and his team, have put together a special offer for Mothering Sunday which is next Sunday, March 10.

From 5pm to 10pm on that day, diners can have any starter, any main course and any naan or rice or chips for just £21.95 per person.

And, to show appreciation for everything mothers do, mums also get a free dessert when there is a table of four or more on Mother’s Day.

Aki, who took over the restaurant from his brother last year after 17 successful years at India Spice in Bromsgrove, has been building up the Droitwich restaurant’s reputation.

The work undertaken by Aki and his team, including Alamin Miah and the famous Basel, has paid off with plenty of rave reviews online from satisfied diners.

The Vasaanti was awarded a TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice accolade last year after notching up an average of 4.5 out of five from more than 300 reviews on the platform. Diners posting reviews praised the ‘excellent food’, ‘wide selection of dishes’ and friendly staff.

The Vasaanti also has a 4.5 out of five rating from more than 170 Google reviews, it was given a 5/5 hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency (FSA) and last year it also won a prestigious Restaurant Guru accolade in the same year.
