Jo Caulfield - Is anger such a bad thing?

Worcester Editorial 3rd Mar, 2014 Updated: 19th Oct, 2016   0

AWARD-winning comedian, Jo Caulfield, is set to appear at Worcester’s Huntingdon Hall later this month with her hilarious new show.

Jo is one of the most successful and instantly recognisable comedians in the UK.

As one of the leading female stand-ups on the circuit she has built her reputation on being cutting, scathing and intelligent with masses of attitude!

A regular guest on Mock The Week, Have I Got News For You and Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Jo is also the star of her own critically acclaimed Radio 4 comedy show It’s That Jo Caulfield Again. Nominated as Funniest Woman (LAFTA Awards) and Best Female Stand-Up (Chortle Awards), Jo is feisty and funny with a cut-throat wit and a razor-sharp tongue!

Jo’s always wondered why anger is seen as such a bad thing.

When life presents such irritations as vacuous celebrities, endless TV quiz shows, arrogant shop-assistants, emotionally ‘challenged’ men, drunken girlfriends who always pick the wrong partner, and a husband who continually quotes The Godfather, surely having a good rant – and a good laugh – is the only sensible reaction?

For is a fantastic night out for men and women alike, get to Huntingdon Hall and enjoy your anger!

The show takes place on Saturday, March 22 at 8pm. Tickets, costing £14, are available from the Box Office on 01905 611427.
