WORCESTER residents are being invited to join Alice on a magical ballet adventure through Wonderland.
Presented by the critically acclaimed Ballet Theatre UK, Alice in Wonderland will grace the Swan Theatre this Friday (May 5), where audiences will be left spellbound by the world-class ballet this country has to offer.
Guided by the White Rabbit, the sensational performance will tell the tale of Alice, who meets some astonishing characters including the Mad Hatter, the Queen of Hearts, a studious caterpillar and those mischievous twins, Tweedledum and Tweedledee.
Basing his ballet on Lewis Carroll’s much-loved children’s books, Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass, Ballet Theatre UK’s artistic director Christopher Moore has created a captivating piece, brimming with wit, humour and charm.
With its whimsical flights of the imagination, eclectic music and joyful dance, Alice in Wonderland is delightful entertainment for all ages, so come along and join the adventure!
The event starts at 7.30pm and costs £16.50 for adults, £14 for concessions and £11.50 for children under 16.
