HEAD judge Shirley Ballas has revealed she’d share the dance floor with Anton Du Beke as the routines for this year’s Strictly Come Dancing finalists are revealed.

Speaking on Strictly: It Takes Two, host Janette Manrara welcomed Ballas to the studio, where the judge revealed what Strictly star she’d love to share the dance floor with were she given the chance.

After choosing a ‘loose silk shirt’ for her partner, she said:

“Well, the person I would pick wasn’t actually a Strictly champion, he was a professional. It would have to be Anton Du Beke”.

After a 12 weeks of tough competition and show-stopping routines, we are down to our final three couples, who all have one goal in mind… Lifting the Glitterball trophy

The Grand Final will feature each couple performing their favourite dance, a show dance, and a dance chosen by the judges. The winner will be determined by a combination of judges’ scores and votes from the audience.

Bobby and Dianne:

  • Favourite Dance: Couple’s Choice to “This Woman’s Work” by Maxwell
  • Show Dance: La La Land Medley
  • Judges’ Pick: Samba to “Young Hearts Run Free” by Candi Staton

Ellie and Vito:

  • Favourite Dance: American Smooth to “Ain’t That A Kick In The Head” by Robbie Williams
  • Show Dance: Jennifer Lopez Megamix
  • Judges’ Pick: Paso Doble to “Insomnia” by 2WEI

Layton and Nikita:

  • Favourite Dance: Argentine Tango to Tattoo by Loreen
  • Show Dance: Friend Like Me by Ne-Yo
  • Judges’ Pick: Quickstep to Puttin’ On The Ritz by Gregory Porter

It sounds like an exciting finale with a diverse set of dance styles and music choices. Fans of Strictly Come Dancing will likely be looking forward to this culmination of the season.

Enjoy watching the Grand Final!
