DINNER, dancing and inspiring words are all being served up at a fundraising evening in Worcester.
A Night to Remember is being held at The Worcestershire County Cricket Club in support of Motor Neurone Disease on November 1 from 7pm.
The evening will include a three-course meal, a talk by guest speaker Martin Lakeman, and a chance to dance the night away.
There will also be a raffle, with proceeds going directly to support local individuals living with MND and their families.
Tickets are £35 per person and are available by emailing [email protected] or calling 07980 307879.
MND is a fatal, rapidly progressing disease that affects the brain and spinal cord. It can affect a person’s ability to walk, talk, eat and ultimately to breathe.
A third of people die within a year of diagnosis and half within two years. There is currently no effective treatment and no cure.
