PRINCIPLE Estate Management has been appointed to manage the first phase of a major new development in Worcester.
The development will see 213 competitively priced apartments constructed across two blocks.
Sherriff’s Gate will ultimately deliver a total of 468 apartments, 40,000sq ft of commercial and retail space, a 200 room hotel and restaurants, a 10 pin bowling alley, a cinema and a gym.
The completed development will also provide nearly 1,000 new parking spaces.
Robert Simonds, a director at Principle Estate Management said:
“We were introduced to Stennard Harrison, managing director of Sherriff’s Gate Developments Ltd by Connells New Homes team in Worcester, who are appointed to sell the apartments.”
Sherriff’s Gate sits within the Worcester City Masterplan for more than 3,000 new homes, 8,600 new jobs and public spaces including nine new parks and a new cycle infrastructure.
Mr Simonds added:
“This is an exciting time for Worcester, and we are very pleased to be involved in the early stages of what is a major regeneration scheme for the Shrub Hill area.”
Launched in 2018, Principle has more than 60 staff looking after more than 11,500 units at around 325 UK developments.
